All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. In the rare occasion that the item has been sold in our gallery and a replacement item is not available, you will receive a full refund. Due to their handmade nature a replacement item may differ slightly in style and size than the pictured image.

All items will be sent in one shipment as soon as all products are available, which is usually within 48 hours.



Delivery within Australia


All parcels are usually sent via Australia Post within Australia. A signature will be required on delivery.



International Deliveries


All parcels are usually sent via Australia Post Air Mail service to international destinations and usually takes up to 2 weeks. Cost of Shipping is dependent on product size, weight and destination. We are not responsible for any taxes that may be required in the country of delivery.



Return Policy


Goods are non-refundable, unless faulty. Any exchanges can be made, with proof of purchase. The product you exchange must be in new, unused, pristine and unmarked condition, with all the original packaging in unmarked, saleable condition. Customers will assume responsibility for all return shipping charges, including unnecessary duties and sales taxes in certain instances. If all conditions are met, an exchange can be made. Returns can only be made within 30 days of purchase.
